Aspire Living & Learning in Leominster, MA is seeking a Clinical Associate to manage an assigned caseload and oversee development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior support plans for individuals served.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards, with BCBA guidance and ongoing professional growth opportunities. This is a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package and a 9a-5p schedule.

Responsibilities

• Stays current with trends in the field and ensures best practices are implemented.
• Works within a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team to ensure Aspire’s standards and regulatory requirements are met.
• BCBA participates in agency-wide, state-specific and stakeholder committees as assigned.
