Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Leominster, MA is seeking a Clinical Associate to manage an assigned caseload and implement behavioral support systems including Positive Behavior Intervention and Support. In a multidisciplinary team, you will conduct assessments, develop and monitor plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and support individuals to live more independent, community-based lives.

  • Stays current with trends in the field and ensures that best practices are implemented.
  • Works within a multidisciplinary team to meet standards and participate in committees as assigned.
  • May oversee behavior modifying medication or restrictive practices as needed.

Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Clinical Associate to be responsible for daily management of an assigned caseload. This person will provide ongoing development, training, implementation and monitoring of the systems of support, including but not limited to Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans for persons supported by Aspire.

Location: Leominster, MA

Hours: M-F, 9a-5p

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stays current with trends in the field and ensures that best practices are implemented.
  • Works within a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team to ensure Aspire’s standards, best practice standards, and regulatory standards are met. It is essential that the BCBA participates in agency wide, state specific and stakeholder committees as assigned.
  • Depending on service provision standards, may have oversight of other areas, including behavior modifying medication or restrictive practices, such as seclusions or environmental restrictions.
  • Completes assessments and related requirements in compliance with the service provision cycle for individuals on the respective caseload.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education)
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Must have satisfactory background checks
  • Enrolled in coursework to pursue clinical licensure in a relevant field
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Working Conditions:
  • Primary work will be done within the operation setting as required to fulfill their job duties.
  • Lift/carry up to 10 pounds; speaking; standing; sitting for long periods of time; reaching; bending; walking; reaching with arms and hands, balancing; using fingers to handle or feel. Visionabilities required by this job include close vision.
  • This position requires the routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, fax machines, audio/visual equipment, etc.

Pay: $50,000-$65,000 annually, based on education and experience
