Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Leominster, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage an assigned caseload, develop, implement, and monitor behavior support systems, including PBIS and behavior plans.

The role works with a multidisciplinary team, participates in committees, ensures regulatory compliance, and trains staff. A Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification are required, along with a valid driver's license.

Salary is $70,000–$80,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Computer skills and data handling abilities.
• Satisfactory background checks and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily caseload and implement behavior support plans (PBIS and behavior plans).
• Train and monitor staff in behavior support strategies and program models.
• Monitor plan adherence, data collection, and documentation for accuracy.
• Participate in committees, on-call rotation, and ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Maintain ethical boundaries and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
