Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Leominster, MA team. The BCBA will manage an assigned caseload and lead development, training, implementation, and monitoring of supports, including Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans for persons supported by Aspire.
Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification in good standing, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
