Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Must meet the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and reliable background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manages caseload assigned by supervisor or department head.
• Develops, oversees implementation of behavior, treatment, educational, or medication support plans as applicable.
• Trains staff on plans and ensures plan fidelity.
• Monitors and documents programmatic or clinical support and data.
• Completes all required documentation and meets deadlines.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and maintains professional boundaries.
