Job summary

Bancroft’s Lindens Center for Autism in Mt Laurel, NJ is hiring a Clinical Associate to support ABA therapy for children and teens with autism and related disabilities, in person, 3pm-11pm shifts.

You will implement ABA plans, collect data, assist with daily living skills, accompany residents to appointments, and partner with families. Earn hourly rate $22.32–$22.74 with additional incentives; full-time, non-exempt, in-person.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a four-year degree program.
  • Minimum of 60 credits in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field.
  • Desire to help autistic, intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals.
  • Looking to fill 3pm-11pm shifts (Wednesday-Sunday).

Responsibilities

  • Apply ABA therapy methods and techniques to teach important life skills.
  • Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and help prepare individuals to transition to other environments.
  • Provide assistance with activities such as personal hygiene, social awareness, meals, money management and housekeeping.
  • Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and community outings.
  • Collect observational data and complete necessary paperwork; communicate with residents, families and guardians.
