Job summary

Bancroft’s Lindens Center for Autism in Mt Laurel, NJ is hiring a Clinical Associate. This in-person role supports ABA-based therapy for children and teens, implementing treatment plans and helping with daily living skills.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a residential/clinic setting. We offer competitive hourly pay, schedule coverage, and opportunities to gain supervision hours toward BCBA/BCaBA requirements while supporting individuals with autism and developmental

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a four-year degree program
  • Minimum of 60 credits in Psychology, ABA, Social Work, Human Services or related field
  • Desire to help individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

  • Apply ABA therapy methods to teach life skills
  • Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and assist with transitions to other environments
  • Assist with activities of daily living and community activities
  • Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and outings
  • Collect observational data and complete paperwork
  • Communicate with residents, families, and guardians

Schedule: Wednesday 7a-4p, Thursday 7a-3p, Friday 7a-4p & Saturday 7a-9p

Responsibilities

How You Can Make a Real Impact:

  • Apply ABA therapy methods and techniques to teach important life skills and help children and teens achieve their goals
  • Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and help prepare individuals to eventually transition to other residential environments
  • Provide assistance with activities such as personal hygiene, social awareness, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping
  • Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and community outings
  • Collect observational data and complete all necessary paperwork
  • Communicate with residents, families, and guardians

Qualifications
