Bancroft, a leading provider for children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities, is hiring Direct Support Professionals for an in-person role in Mt Laurel, NJ. The non-exempt, full-time position offers an hourly rate of $19.19 to $19.58 with incentives and a schedule that includes weekends.

You will empower residents to develop daily living skills, support independence through personalized care plans, plan community activities, and collaborate with a dedicated team.

Hourly Rate: $19.19-$19.58 Plus additional incentive

Schedule: Sun-Wed 9p-7a

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.

Qualifications

We’re Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
• Have a current driver's license in good standing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
