Bancroft is hiring a Clinical Associate for the Lindens Center in Mount Laurel, NJ. The role supports children and teens with autism and developmental disabilities through ABA-based therapy and everyday skill-building in a residential and community setting.

The position offers evening hours Tue-Sat, with hourly pay around $22.32–$22.74 plus incentives. This is an in-person, non-exempt, full-time shift focused on meaningful, hands-on care and data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a four-year degree program
  • Minimum of 60 credits in Psychology, ABA, Social Work, Human Services or related field
  • Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as schedule indicates
  • ABA-related coursework or experience is relevant but not required

Responsibilities

  • Apply ABA therapy methods to teach life skills
  • Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and support transitions to other environments
  • Assist with activities such as personal hygiene, social awareness, meals, money management, and housekeeping
  • Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and community outings
  • Collect observational data and complete required paperwork
  • Communicate with residents, families, and guardians
