Job summary

Bancroft is seeking an in-person Clinical Associate at the Lindens Center for Autism in Mount Laurel, NJ. This full-time non-exempt position supports individuals with autism and developmental disabilities using ABA techniques, under supervision, and with a strong emphasis on life skills development.

You will work as part of a close-knit team, providing direct care, data collection, and coordination with families and guardians in a home-like clinical setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a four-year program.
  • Minimum of 60 credits in Psychology, ABA, Social Work, Human Services or related field.
  • Desire to make a difference in autistic and developmentally challenged individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Apply ABA therapy methods to teach life skills to children and teens.
  • Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and help transition individuals to other environments.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, social awareness, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping.
  • Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and community outings.
  • Collect observational data and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Communicate with residents, families, and guardians.

Hourly Rate: $22.32-$22.74 Plus additional incentive

Schedule: Sunday 7a-9p, Monday 7a-4p, Tuesday 7a-3p & Wednesday 7a-4p
