Bancroft in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking an ABA Clinical Associate for the Lindens Children's Program on the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). You will apply ABA techniques to teach skills, support treatment plans, and help children and teens progress toward greater independence.
Responsibilities include data collection, coordinating with families, transporting to activities, and documenting progress, with opportunities for supervision hours toward BCBA/BCaBA requirements.

Requirements: High School diploma or GED, valid Driver's License, six months related work experience, or, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field or currently enrolled in a related college program are required. Must currently hold a Valid Driver's License without restrictions and at least one year driving experience. Applicants with poor driving records may not be eligible for employment. Clean Criminal Background. Minimum of 18 years of age required
This is an entry-level direct care position. Many of our employees are promoted to supervisory positions or accepted into top graduate schools. Excellent opportunity to possibly participate in clinical research.
