Bancroft's Pediatric and Adolescent Residential Program in Mount Laurel, NJ is hiring a Direct Support Professional to help children and teens with autism and disabilities develop daily living skills through personalized plans of care in an in-person, full-time role. This position offers an hourly rate of $19.19–$19.58 plus incentives, weekend availability, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
