Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. in Lynn, MA is hiring a Clinical Assistant Team Manager for the CBHC Adult Team. The role leads clinical staff, develops treatment plans, and ensures person-centered services for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.

The position requires a MA clinical license (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT), a Master's degree in Social Work or related field, and at least one year of supervisory experience. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Must hold a clinical license from Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.)
• Requires a Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness and at least one year of supervisory experience
• Valid Massachusetts Drivers License

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and support to staff in both office and field settings, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based care
• Oversee development and completion of treatment plans, crisis plans, assessments, and authorizations in line with agency and CBHC requirements
• Ensure all interventions are person-centered and delivered based on individual preferences, needs, and goals
• Manage documentation quality, ensuring all records are timely, clinically sound, and aligned with treatment plans
• Guide staff in delivering side-by-side interventions focused on skill-building, problem-solving, and recovery-oriented care
