Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Massachusetts seeks an Assistant Director of CBHC Urgent Care and MCI Programs to lead operations and clinical services at multiple sites. The role requires licensed clinical credentials and proven leadership in crisis care settings.

The position emphasizes community-based behavioral health services, supervision of multidisciplinary teams, and culturally competent, person-centered care. In-person work across Lynn and Danvers locations is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess MA independent clinical license (LICSW or LMHC).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with severe mental illness or pediatric mental health disorders.
• Minimum 3 years of supervision experience in mental health.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in managing the daily operations, administration, and clinical functions of Urgent Care and MCI services across both CBHC locations.
• Support the implementation of the Urgent Care and MCI services vision including developing systems to ensure immediate access to services and transfer of services to CBHC.
• Assist in the development and implementation of systems to monitor service delivery and utilization of supports for Urgent Care services.
• Provide direct supervision to direct reports within Urgent Care services.
• Provide leadership, support and clinical guidance to all staff supervised in accordance with CBHC policies and procedures across both CBHC locations.
