Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an Assistant Director of CBHC Urgent Care and MCI Programs to oversee operations, clinical services, and staff across multiple sites. The role emphasizes leadership, crisis management, and strategic program development in a fast-paced community setting.

The position requires a Massachusetts clinical license or LMHC/LICSW, extensive clinical experience, and supervision of teams.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Massachusetts independent clinical license including LICSW, or LMHC.
• Must have strong clinical skills with at least 5 years of experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or children with mental health disorders.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience providing supervision in a mental health setting.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in managing the daily operations, administration, and clinical functions of Urgent Care and MCI services across both CBHC locations.
• Support the implementation of the Urgent Care and MCI services vision including developing systems to ensure immediate access to services and transfer of services to CBHC.
• Assist in the development and implementation of systems to monitor service delivery and utilization of supports for Urgent Care services.
• Provide direct supervision to direct reports within Urgent Care services.
• Provide leadership, support and clinical guidance to all staff supervised in accordance with CBHC policies and procedures across both CBHC locations.
