Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Team Leader for the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) division to work with the Team Leader to ensure recovery, vocational, and clinical services are included in each treatment plan. This role supports up to 125 clients with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work or related field, MA licensure is preferred, and a valid MA driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Massachusetts licensure preferred.
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and clinical functions for the team, monitoring service delivery and support utilization for up to 125 clients.
• Assist in development and oversight of Treatment Plans, coordinating case management including income, insurance, and appointments.
• Ensure services are culturally competent, strength-based, recovery-focused, and aligned with client preferences.
• Integrate recovery, vocational, and clinical services with employment transitions (e.g., Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission).
• Provide direct clinical interventions and on-call support to case management staff.

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work or related field

Licensure in Social Work or Psychology by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
