Job summary

Midwest Center for Youth and Families is seeking an Assessment Coordinator to join our team at a residential facility serving youth with mental health needs. You will oversee intake and clinical assessment to determine level of care and develop treatment planning in collaboration with the clinical team.

The role supports DBT services for children and adolescents, with duties including coordination of admissions, biopsychosocial evaluations, and crisis triage in a confidential, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field (MSW/MA).
• RN with active, unrestricted state license is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical, behavioral health, or psychiatric setting.
• Prior experience conducting assessments, intakes, or admissions required.
• Familiarity with level-of-care criteria required.
• Strong understanding of biopsychosocial assessment methods and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
• Must be 21 years old.
