Job summary

Midwest Center for Youth and Families, a UHS subsidiary, is seeking an Assessment Coordinator to oversee intake and clinical assessments for residents entering our 74-bed private facility in Indiana.

You will serve as the primary contact between prospective clients, referral sources, families, and the clinical team to ensure thorough, accurate evaluations and timely care planning, supporting DBT services for youths.

Qualifications

• Must hold MSW/MA or RN license.
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical, behavioral health, or psychiatric setting.
• Must be 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial and psychiatric clinical assessments.
• Coordinate admissions.
• Risk and safety evaluation.
• Insurance & authorization support.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Documentation & compliance.
• Crisis triage.
