Job summary

Midwest Center for Youth and Families is seeking an Assessment Coordinator to oversee the intake and clinical assessment process for residents at our private residential facility in Indiana. Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field (MSW/MA) or RN with active license.
• 1-3 years of experience in clinical, behavioral health, or psychiatric settings.
• Prior experience conducting assessments, intakes, or admissions.
• Familiarity with level-of-care criteria.
• Strong understanding of biopsychosocial assessment methods and DSM-5 criteria.
• Must be 21 years old.
