Lexington Health is seeking an IS/Clinical Analyst to join the IT team. You will analyze hospital information systems and EHR workflows, support testing, and coordinate training.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work with clinicians and IT staff. Responsibilities include coordinating go-live activities, documenting requirements, and maintaining system performance while pursuing EPIC certification within six months.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2 Years Directly Related Experience (IS or Clinical).
• Bachelor's Degree can be substituted with 2 Years of Experience.
• Willing to obtain EPIC certification within six months.
• Proficient in computers, clinical information systems, and MS Office; strong communication.

Mansioni

• Analyze workflows, policies, and patient care processes to support clinical objectives.
• Coordinate testing, upgrades, and issue resolution; maintain logs.
• Serve as liaison between clinical users and the application team; assist training.
• Elicit system requirements; contribute to project plans and timelines.
• Assess system performance and support go-live and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in multiple IT initiatives with urgency and accuracy.
