Lexington Health, a large multi-site healthcare network in South Carolina, seeks an experienced trainer/analyst to design and deliver clinical information system training. You will liaise with leaders, end users, and IT teams to ensure effective onboarding and optimization of EHR workflows.

The role requires experience with physician/advanced practitioner IT systems, project management, and instructional design. On-site work and collaboration across departments are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in IT as analyst or trainer in a medium to large organization.
• Experience with physician/advanced practitioner clinical information systems support; EHR implementation.
• Proficient in use of clinical information systems and Microsoft Office solutions.

Mansioni

• Act as project champion and liaison to promote technology integration in clinical/business settings.
• Develop training plans and instructional content for end users to optimize software use.
• Initiate project plans, manage implementation, and communicate progress and metrics.
• Provide primary support to physicians and advanced practitioners.
