You will work to meet clinical objectives, coordinate training, and serve as a liaison between clinical users and the application team, assisting with education and deployment. The role emphasizes teamwork, project coordination, and ongoing education to stay current with IT developments in

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; 2 Years Directly Related Experience (IS or Clinical)
• Willing to obtain EPIC certification within six months of employment
• Proficient in computers, clinical information systems, and Microsoft Office; strong communication skills

Mansioni

• Participates in planning go-live implementations, updates and maintenance
• Provides ongoing user support and training
• Identifies reports and develops report specifications for report writers
• Documents support calls and manages issues with internal/external customers
• Interacts with vendors for system performance questions
