Job summary

Lexington Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Applications Manager to lead the design, deployment, and administration of the EHR systems.

You will collaborate with the IS Management Team to plan and execute upgrade projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and alignment with clinical needs across the organization. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and deep knowledge of clinical workflows and Epic; you will work with hospital staff and executives to optimize patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Medical Informatics or related field.
• 3 years of proven IT project leadership in a medium to large healthcare organization.
• Knowledge of Clinical EHR systems, especially Epic.

Responsibilities

• Promote work plans with tasks, dates and resources.
• Assign and monitor IS team members on projects.
• Mitigate risks with the IS Clinical Services Director.
• Manage multiple interrelated projects and daily operations.
• Establish performance expectations and measurements.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Define service levels with departments to manage expectations.
