Job summary

Lexington Health in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Clinical Applications Manager to lead the design, build, deployment and support of the EHR systems. Under the Director of IS Clinical Services, you will oversee project management, workflow optimization and system administration across clinical applications.

You will partner with IS leadership to define plans, monitor budgets and schedules, mitigate risks and ensure meaningful use and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Medical Informatics or related field.
• 3 Years of IT project leadership in a medium to large healthcare organization.
• Knowledge of Epic clinical EHR; experience with clinical workflows.
• Proven knowledge of regulatory standards (Meaningful Use, DNV, Core Measures).
• Familiarity with project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Promote work plans with tasks, dates and required resources.
• Assign and monitor IS team performance on approved projects.
• Mitigate risks in collaboration with IS leadership.
• Lead multiple interrelated projects and daily operations.
• Communicate progress to Director and stakeholders.
