Job summary

Riverwood Healthcare Center in Aitkin, MN is seeking a Clinical Application Analyst to support electronic medical records, financial applications, and health IT systems. You will design, build, test, troubleshoot, and optimize applications while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a two-year degree and at least three years in healthcare IT or related fields; Epic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Two-year degree in related field; clinical, revenue cycle, information technology, or other healthcare experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum 3 years relevant healthcare, clinical systems, revenue cycle, information technology, or application-support experience.
Epic experience is a plus and beneficial for the role.

Responsibilities

Ensures enhancement requests are addressed in a timely fashion.
Owns reported application issues and coordinates with staff or vendors to resolve or escalate.
Participates in cross-application testing with system changes.
Reviews and completes new build enhancements as needed.
Continues education of systems and applications with operational owners and senior staff.
Provides technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
