Job summary

Adams Memorial Hospital is seeking a Clinical IT Analyst to provide system-wide support for clinical EMR applications. The role involves troubleshooting EMR workflow issues, developing and revising clinical order sets, and supporting new projects.

After-hours support and metrics reporting are also part of the responsibilities. Two and five years of clinical care experience are preferred, with RN BSN and project-management familiarity considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in providing end user support and training in a clinical care setting.
• Five (5) years of experience in a clinical care setting working in a clinical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-wide support for clinical EMR applications.
• Troubleshoot EMR workflow issues and support new projects.
• Develop and revise clinical order sets and provide after-hours application support.
• Track and report work metrics and respond to information requests.
