What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the implementation, configuration, and support of the eClinicalWorks EMR
- Document standards, procedures, and guidelines for the configuration and use of the eClinicalWorks EMR
- Analyze and implement application-level security for the eClinicalWorks EMR
- Assist leadership with optimization of the eClinicalWorks EMR and integration of ancillary systems
- Provide recommendations for improvements in processes and serve as Tier 2 support to users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience supporting an ambulatory EMR
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing vendor relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer service abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
- Experience with eClinicalWorks and/or eClinicalWorks certification
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
- Understanding of HL7 interfaces and clinical application security
