The Associate Clinical Application Analyst is responsible for supporting and assisting in managing assigned applications within Temple Health. Responsibilities include participating in application projects, helping to meet project deadlines and goals, and learning the development of new features. The role also involves testing and implementing vendor releases and system upgrades and assisting in resolving system issues. The Associate Clinical Application Analyst will provide basic technical and functional application analysis, help define system requirements and assist in developing logical data models. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to learn about system functionality and assist in configuring new features to increase user productivity within the application.
Education
Bachelors Degree: in Nursing or relevant field /clinical specialty (Required)
Experience
1 Year experience in related role with an ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve problems efficiently (Required)
General Experience and Knowledge in direct patient care processes and workflows (Required)
General Experience and knowledge of fundamental hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language (Required)
General Experience in Healthcare IT (Preferred)
