Job Description - Sr. Clinical Application Analyst - PACS Team (HYBRID) (252835)

Position Overview

The Senior Clinical Application Analyst is responsible for enhancing, supporting, and managing applications within Temple Health. The role includes leading application projects from initiation to completion, meeting project deadlines and goals, and coordinating the development, testing, and implementation of vendor releases and system upgrades. The analyst will serve as the escalation point for IT team members, providing technical and functional analysis, defining system requirements, and developing logical data models following best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders is essential to provide training on system functionalities and to configure new features to improve user productivity.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or relevant clinical specialty (Required)

Minimum Experience

• 5 years in a related role with troubleshooting, research, and problem-solving skills (Required)
• Experience with patient care processes and workflows (Required)
• Knowledge of hardware configurations, database management, and query languages (Required)
• Project oversight experience, including analyzing, diagnosing, and fixing complex problems involving multiple applications (Required)
• Understanding of data security and privacy standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA (Required)
• Experience in Healthcare IT (Preferred)
