Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, technical PM, implementation engineering, or similar), plus a clinical credential or 2+ years in a clinical/life sciences role
• Ability to read technical documentation and reason about feasibility with engineering
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SQL/databases, or debugging third-party integrations

Responsibilities

• Talk with clinical, market access, and medical teams to understand workflows
• Validate feature requests against clinical requirements and convert into specs for engineering
• Own clinical sign-off and acceptance criteria for customer-facing releases
• Work with regulatory and clinical stakeholders on content review and updates
• Guide customers through implementation and configuration
• Collaborate with product management and engineering on priorities and roadmap
