You will design features that check notes against payer and compliance rules before a clinician signs, prototype voice agents, and bring successful ideas to production.

Qualifications

• Shipping LLM-based features to real users.
• Rigorous evaluation to ensure model accuracy.
• Translate messy workflows into precise requirements.
• Talk to customers and understand clinical workflows.
• Quantitative or research background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build AI features inside clinical workflows, e.g., note checks against payer/compliance.
• Design and validate evaluations for feature correctness.
• Spend time with clinicians and billers to understand workflows.
• Prototype AI capabilities, including voice agents, and push to production.
• Collaborate with the CTO on product direction.
