Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical ProServe Cloud Architect for clients including pharmaceutical and life sciences leaders. You’ll translate business objectives into scalable cloud and AI solutions that address regulatory submissions, data operations, and study lifecycle optimization.

You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and contribute reusable demos and accelerators to accelerate customer outcomes across the clinical development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Experience positioning, articulating business value, and selling enterprise cloud architecture to executives and technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing AI/ML, generative AI, enterprise-scale data platforms, or agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or payer industry with familiarity of data standards and compliance frameworks (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Partner with pharmaceutical customers to design agentic AI applications spanning R&D, clinical operations, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial functions.
• Design scalable, secure AWS solutions that deliver measurable customer business outcomes across the clinical development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance during sales and implementation phases focusing on clinical data management, regulatory submissions, and GxP compliance.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Delivery Teams to ensure successful solution design.
• Work with AWS experts and external partners to accelerate innovation.
• Share knowledge through coaching, demos, accelerators, and technical documentation.
