You will train clinicians, champions, and site leaders on how to integrate AI-assisted documentation into workflows, with a focus on adoption and clinical quality.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license with direct patient care experience.
• 2-3+ years developing or delivering clinical education or healthcare IT training.
• Experience presenting to groups from 5 to 100+ participants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live virtual training sessions for VA clinicians across specialties.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions to build capacity among Site POCs and Clinical Champions.
• Coordinate training schedules and track attendance and satisfaction.
• Identify and engage Clinical Champions to accelerate adoption.
• Assist in updating training materials based on product updates and feedback.
