Job summary

Clinically AI is a healthcare AI company transforming how clinicians, administrators, compliance teams, and healthcare organizations manage documentation, chart auditing, and operational workflows through artificial intelligence. The role is a full-time hybrid position based in San Diego, requiring on-site work Monday through Thursday with up to 20% travel.

The candidate will own end-to-end implementation, workflow configuration, training, and adoption, guiding organizations to become AI-native

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, consulting, or clinical operations roles.
• Demonstrated experience owning enterprise implementations from kickoff through stabilization, including configuration, training, and adoption.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems, clinical documentation workflows, and clinician training.
• Strong track record in change management and user adoption, particularly with users who are new to technology or hesitant about it.
• Active, daily user of AI tools in your own workflow (LLMs, prompt engineering, structured outputs).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across clinical, operational, and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation, workflow configuration, training, and adoption for behavioral health and healthcare customers using the Clinically AI platform.
