The Clinical AI Implementation Specialist will own end-to-end implementation, workflow configuration, training, and adoption for behavioral health and healthcare customers in a hybrid, on-site role in San Diego, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare technology implementation, consulting, training, or clinical operations roles.
• Experience owning enterprise implementations from kickoff through stabilization, including configuration, training, and adoption.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems, clinical documentation workflows, and clinician training.
• Strong track record in change management and user adoption, especially with users new to technology.
• Active daily use of AI tools in your own workflow (LLMs, prompting, structured outputs).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across clinical, operational, and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation for behavioral health and healthcare customers.
• Configure workflows, train users, and drive adoption of Clinically AI platform.
• Guide organizations through onboarding to daily AI-enabled workflows.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders including executives, therapists, IT, and compliance teams.
• Serve as primary operational partner for customers during implementation and early adoption.
