Abound Health is seeking a passionate Qualified Professional (QP) to advocate for individuals with IDD and help them achieve meaningful goals. You will develop and monitor service plans, supervise staff, and participate in ISP meetings with families and care teams.

The role emphasizes compliance, quality care, and strong community partnerships. We offer competitive benefits, begin the health plan on day 60, and a 12-month 401(k) eligibility with a bonus potential of up to 25% biannually.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related human services field and 2 years of full-time IDD experience; or Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field and 4 years of full-time IDD experience; or Master's degree in a related human services field and 1 year of full-time IDD experience.

What You'll Do

As a Qualified Professional, you'll support individuals receiving Innovations Waiver and State Funded Services by:

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related human services field and 2 years of full-time IDD experience; or
• Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field and 4 years of full-time IDD experience; or
• Master's degree in a related human services field and 1 year of full-time IDD experience.

Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment. Additionally, our 401(k) plan becomes available after 12 months of employment.
