Ozarks Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a Clinic Support Team Manager to coordinate daily operations of the clinic support group and direct patient calls. This role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and seamless access to care.

You will collaborate with primary care, psychiatry, therapy, rehabilitation services, and CPRC when applicable, supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and support team education and in-services.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of management experience in a phone center or office setting.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• High school diploma required; further education is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage daily operations of the clinic support team.
• Direct calls and route inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with primary care, psychiatry, therapy, rehabilitation services where applicable (speech, OT, PT, CPRC).
• Supervise staff and conduct annual evaluations; assist with education and in-services.
