Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains, MO, is seeking a clinic support supervisor to coordinate daily operations of the clinic call center and direct calls to the right departments.

You will collaborate with primary care, psychiatry, therapy, rehabilitation services, and CPRC as needed, supervise staff, conduct annual evaluations, and assist with education and in-services to ensure patients access their providers.

Formación

• At least 3 years of management experience in a phone center or office.
• Excellent phone skills and ability to provide customer service.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
• High school diploma required; additional education beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage daily operations of the clinic support team to handle calls.
• Collaborate with primary care, psychiatry, therapy, rehabilitation services and CPRC as applicable.
• Answer patient/clinic inquiries, direct to appropriate department, schedule clinic services.
• Supervise staff and perform annual evaluations; assist with education and in-services.
