Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital in Rogersville, MO, is seeking a Customer Service Representative; Receptionist for the Rogersville Clinic to provide direct and indirect patient assistance in the office/clinic setting.

Under the Clinic Manager, you will assist with staff orientation, coordinate clinic activities, cover schedules, and help improve workflow while keeping providers informed of progress and potential problems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, third party payors.
• Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.
• Great organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient assistance and care in the office/clinic settings.
• Assist in development and orientation of new office/clinic staff.
• Assist in coordinating activities of the office/clinic.
• Assist with covering work schedules and improve workflow.
• Keep the providers informed of progress and potential problems.
