Citizens Memorial Hospital in Osceola, Missouri seeks a Clinic Manager to lead the Osceola Family Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic with a patient-centered focus. You will implement directives, monitor staffing, and resolve patient concerns to keep operations smooth.

Requirements include at least 3 years of healthcare experience with prior management preferred; RN/LPN/MA license preferred, with willingness to perform clinical duties as needed.

Qualificações

• Education: Post-secondary education in business or health-related field
• Experience: At least 3 years healthcare experience; prior management preferred
• Licensure/Certification: RN, LPN, or MA license preferred; consideration given to those without a license who have healthcare experience
• Physical: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Responsabilidades

• Implement administrative directives and support compliance of clinic policies and procedures
• Monitor staffing levels based on clinic workload and manage schedules to meet operational needs
• Investigate and assist in the resolution of patient concerns/grievances
• Processing collections of deductibles, co-insurances, and non-participating third-party payer for current visits and outstanding bills at the time of service
