Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Clinical Support BCBA to provide supervision coverage for clinics with temporary BCBA vacancies. The role supports RBTs and clients, with in-clinic days required at least twice per month.

This hybrid position involves mentoring staff, updating client programs every 1–2 weeks, and collaborating with SLPs, OTs, and educators to ensure holistic care. A Master’s degree and BACB-BCBA credential with at least five years of BCBA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
• 5 years of experience as a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise BIPs and ABA programs for client goals.
• Monitor data to evaluate interventions and adjust as needed.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and team members.
• Provide 10-20% supervision per client on caseload.
• Provide 5-10% supervision for each RBT.
• Collaborate with speech, OT, and educators for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
• Update client programs every 1-2 weeks.
• Submit SOAP Notes, Evaluations, and Progress Reports per guidelines.
• Supervise BCBA fieldwork student(s) as needed.
• Mentor and train new team members per Clinic ABA Director.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
