Job summary

Intermountain Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services for clients ages 2–18 in a clinic setting. The BCBA will plan, develop, monitor treatment, and supervise RBTs and BHTs while collaborating with families and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes supervision, evidence-based practices, and ongoing training to maintain BCBA certification. Applicants must be BCBA-certified and licensed in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience: 1 year as BCBA preferred; 3 years with autism spectrum disorders or related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and BHTs.
• Develop and train ABA programs using DTT and N strong environments.
• Deliver ABA-based training to caregivers and support generalization in home, school, and community.
• Coach team on creating ABA treatment plans, FBA, and Behavior Support Plans for clients.
