Job summary

360 Behavioral Health seeks a passionate Clinical Support Supervisor (BCBA) to mentor Clinical Supervisors and support multiple clinics remotely. Lead efforts to maintain high-quality clinical practices, supervision, and documentation while guiding teams toward effective treatment and outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing training, and organizational improvement. A BCBA credential and at least 2 years of practice are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
• Experience providing clinical supervision in ABA settings.
• Experience mentoring clinicians or supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Promote consistency in clinical practices, supervision, documentation, and service delivery.
• Provide temporary clinical coverage to ensure continuity of care.
• Mentor and coach Clinical Supervisors while supporting ethical decisions.
• Identify barriers to quality and collaborate on solutions and transition plans.
• Support quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Deliver structured trainings and recurring learning opportunities.
