Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a caseload and oversee ongoing ABA therapy programs. You will train and supervise RBTs and ensure documentation such as SOAP notes and progress reports reflects each client’s goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and current BCBA certification, with clinic experience preferred. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential for optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, education, ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming clients for treatment and recommend weekly hours.
• Develop individualized ABA programs to address client goals.
• Maintain and update client programming to reflect active treatment plans.
• Mentor and train RBTs on caseload.
• Provide supervision for 5-10% of RBT supervision hours.
• Complete documentation including SOAP Notes, Evaluations, Progress Reports.
