Job summary

Ellie Mental Health-Marlborough, MA is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to lead licensed clinicians and supervise pre-licensed therapists within a busy mental health practice. The role combines direct clinical work with team leadership, caseload management, and program development.

You will supervise 1:1 with staff, maintain a weekly cadence of supervision, shape hiring and training, and ensure high standards of documentation, care quality, and productivity across the clinic.

Qualifications

• Requires MA LMHC or LICSW licensure and ability to supervise.
• 1–2+ years of clinical supervision experience (private practice preferred).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets.
• Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 consultation with therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of 20–22 sessions per week as a full-time clinician/supervisor.
• Provide weekly clinical supervision and mentorship to pre-licensed therapists (up to 5 supervisees initially).
• Oversee clinic quality of care, documentation, and productivity.
• Help shape hiring, training, and team development.
