Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field and pursuing licensure in MA
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to set and maintain professional boundaries with clients
• Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; Valant a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 consultation with therapy staff to review productivity and caseload
• Maintain a caseload of 20–22 sessions per week as a full-time supervisor
• Provide weekly clinical supervision and mentorship to pre-licensed therapists
• Oversee clinic quality of care, documentation and productivity
• Assist with hiring, training and team development
