Job summary

Ellie Mental Health - Marlborough is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of pre-licensed clinicians. You will maintain a caseload while supervising up to 5 supervisees, review productivity, and ensure high-quality documentation and care.

Qualifications

Master's degree in behavioral sciences required and MA licensure planned or in process.
Experience supervising clinicians, preferably in private practice or clinic settings.
Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of MA state regulations for mental health practice.
Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus).

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 consultation with therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation.
Maintain a caseload of 20–22 sessions per week as a full-time clinician/supervisor.
Provide weekly clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists, expanding to a team of up to 5 supervisees.
Oversee clinic quality of care, documentation, and productivity.
Help shape hiring, training, and team development.
