Ellie Mental Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Clinic Supervisor (LMHC or LICSW) to supervise pre-licensed clinicians and build a thriving clinic. You will oversee supervision, ensure quality of care, and shape hiring and training as part of a fast-paced team.

The role requires a master's degree in behavioral sciences, MA licensure progress toward LMHC/LICSW, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field
• On track to licensure in MA; LMHC or LICSW eligible
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients
• Office 365 and EHR systems experience

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision for therapy staff and review productivity
• Maintain a caseload of 20-22 sessions per week
• Provide weekly clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists
• Oversee clinic quality of care and documentation
• Help shape hiring, training, and team development
