Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Clinic Supervisor (Non-Licensed) for our Women's Health Alliance practice in Texas. This full-time role (Monday–Friday, day shift) features no nights, weekends, or holidays and provides leadership to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care.

You will help establish goals, supervise staff, manage daily operations, and support cost-effective policies while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in the medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting.
• Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• No specific education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the clinic areas.
• Develop and monitor clinical plans and standards of care.
• Train, orient, and supervise clinic staff.
• Manage daily operations and work assignments.
• Assist with hiring decisions and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Develop cost-effective policies for billing, purchasing, and space planning.
• Monitor clinical expenditures to stay within budget.
• Liaise between clinic and external agencies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Engage in professional development to stay current with health care trends.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy.
