Job summary

You will assist the clinic manager, oversee the clinical environment, and ensure timely and accurate patient and physician experiences while coordinating daily tasks. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, BLS within 14 days, and familiarity with ICD9/CPT coding and insurance types.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Strong background in ICD9 and CPT coding and all insurance plan types (HMO, PPO, Managed Care, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances).
• Basic personal computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills
• Patient record documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Assists the clinic manager and provides support in overseeing the clinical environment to ensure great patient and physician experiences occur and that clinic operational tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
